Can I apply for H4 while H1B is approved
Hi,
My fiancee works in US on H1B visa. I'm working in India and have not travelled to US before. We are getting married in July 2010. Meanwhile I am willing to apply for H1B in April 2010.
(1) In case if my H1B is approved before marriage date, Can I still goahead and apply for H4 visa (since I would like to travel with him immediately after marriage)?
(2) Are there any chances of H4 rejection since H1B is already approved ?
(3) In case if H1B is rejected, will that affect my H4 application after marriage?
We would appreciate any help on this.
