Does anyone know when the dates for Feb-last week or Mar-first week will be opened? I heard that they open the dates only for the next two weeks from a given date (e.g. from today). Your input will help. Thanks

My normal experience is, you need to check between 8am to 9am.
Till this time, 4 to 5 times, I got my desired date and times when I was searching btween above time.
