Hello,
I understand that there is a cap of 20,000 special visas for U.S. Master's Degree candidates.
Does anyone know if the Degree has to be a full time or part time and online degrees are also considered?
Any link or a way to know the list of companies who sponsors these candidates and list of universities whom degrees are acceptable ( in case it really matters ) under this special cap?
Also if someone is already on H1-B and completes his/her Masters degree from an US university before 6 years and some company is willing to sponsor, can the company apply under this special cap visa? If yes, Does the new H1-B entitle a new term of 6 years for the candidate?
Thanks in advance
