I am currently on H1B extension and will be going to Chennai end of Feb 2010. I am trying to fill out the DS-160 form and it asks me to upload the scanned photo. I am not sure if I can scan the photo and upload it or is there some place in the US where they can do it.

The best thing is to upload the digital photo, the photo that was originally taken with digital camera.
If that is not possible, you can scan it yourself and upload it.Immihelp Support
