    Surname Change

    Hi,
    In my passport surname of my spouse entered as "Ray". Also in my L1 visa. This Surname was before she married to me.

    But my spouse's passport is issued with my surname "Banerjee".

    My question is while applying for any Visa, is it going to give any problem? If yes, how can I resolve this. Please help
