H4 - I94 issue.

Hi,

My wife on her way to India via San Francisco International Airport, forgot to notice that the I-94(Arrival/ Departure Record) hasn't been removed from her passport by the airline check-in officials. She noticed that only after she landed in India. She is in H4 Visa.

Also, she had a old I-94 in her passport, which we got from her earlier I797 H4document. After she got the H4 renewed, I replaced the old I-94 with the current I-94 in her passport.

So basically, her old I-94 i have it here in US, whereas the current I-94 which didn't get removed from her passport here in US, is with my wife in India.

Kindly let me know, how to submit the old as well as new/current I-94 to record her depature, so that she doesn't have any problems at the POE in US.

Appreciate your valuable inputs in this regard.

You should return all the I-94's that you have when you leave the country to record the correct arrival/depature entry.
