I have went to interview by last year to Chennai consulate for h1-B and at the time of interview i have withdrawn the petition.
My question is from DS-160:
Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa,been refused admission to the United States,or Withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?
should i answer yes for this
and explanation for the same in the DS-160 form
Just i have write in the form that i have withdrawn the petition in so & so place or should i be elaborate on what happened at the time of interview.
