dependent visa stamping

Hello,

I went to US on h1B with company A in Dec,2007 . After 6 months I switched to Wipro technologies in April,2008.
I have visa stamping on my passport of Company A valid till Sept,2010.

I got married in Jan,2010 and I applied for visa stamping for my spouse.

I have few questions:

Do i have to go for visa restamping for new company (Wipro) ?
or can i give my passport photocopy with old stamping and latest I-797(Wipro) and latest pay stubs to my spouse for her H4 stamping.


Please let me know urgently.
