New restirction on H1 B C2C

Is thre any restriction on H1b for contract Corp2crop positions. Some one told that Company can hire only contract H1B candiates from preferred Vendor( who holds H1B for the candiates) and Vendor can not have any any C2C.
And companies can not hire C2C candiates is true , plese let me know.

Not true.

But when you go for stamping, or enter at PoE, or apply for H1 extension, you will have to provide additional documentation proving employer-employee relationship.

A few of the big vendor companies have sent out notices to employees that they can not work as corp to corp. As a result, the big companies will not find the required talent and will offshore entire teams.
