  • i-94 departure card

I have an H-1 visa from my full-time job. I also have an i-797 notice for a second part-time job. Do i have to surrender the i-94 departure record that is on my second i-797 (part-time job) along with the i-94 in my passport when i leave the country. The last time i left the country in oct 09, i had submitted the i-94 in my passport but was not sure if i have to also surrender the i-94 care in my second i-797

PLease let me know cause i am planning to travel outside the country in a week

I had not surrendered the i-94 in my second i-797 notice when i left the country in oct 09. i didnt know i had to surrender that as well.

Do i send it by post or should i wait to surrender it at the airport when i leave next week

You don't get an I-94 when you leave the country. You get one when you enter U.S. If you already have the green card, then you will enter U.S using that. That's it.
