Landing at different POE

Hi Guys,

Will ther be any issue if I land at diffener POE.My Employer stays at NJ and I am planning to land at washington and stay at my friends place for 1 week then I will go back to NJ will that be an issue at POE.Please help me so that i can block my ticket.
