No last name on passport

I have been in the US for a few years now. I came on an F1 visa and the name on my visa was correct even though I had no last name on my passport (the passport authorities put my entire name under Given Name). My SSN card, driver's license, 1-797, etc. have my correct name.

Now, I plan to go back to India to get my H1B visa stamped. Will this be an issue? Will I have to give "FNU" as my first name and my full name under "Surname" on the DS-160 form?

UPDATE: I just realized I posted this thread at the wrong place. I apologize for that. It should have been under "H visas" or something.

You are right.

Your entire name will become your last name and first name is FNU.
