    Hi,

    My H1b(first three) is getting expired on Aug 2010.I heard this new memo.I am planning to apply my h1b extension on may 2010.will there be any problem because of this new memo.Currently i working in Client A which is different locaton than my employer location.Please suggest me the best option for me to stay here for next 3 years.

    Hi Ramesh,

    There is no option as such to extend your H1.
    As long as you file your extension with all the correct required documents , your H1 will be extended else chances are that you may get RFE.

    So , make sure that when you file for your extension in May'2010 - you have the approved LCA for the location where you are physically working i.e. client location,client letter/client agreement /SOW, paystubs and other standard list documents which are required for filing (your company attorney will help you), also you can search the forums for more details.
