Find the below my experience in detail
I went to Mumbai Consulate for H1-b stamping on 17/11/2009. The interview was pretty cool but i return back with 221 2 white form.
I went to Mumbai consulate office by morning 8:00 A.M .My appointment was 8.30 AM
After i reach the consulate office, i had regular baggage and security check.
After Security check, they gave me a token number. I went inside and waited for my number to be called.
my turn came and went to the counter
My experience with the consulate officer.
Me: Hi, Good morning. How are you doing?
VO:I m fine Thank you.
V.O:Can you give me a token no
Me:Given to her.
VO: Whom you are working for?
Me: I told my company name.
VO: How do you found the company?
Me: i told her one of my friend is working over there and he referred me and i fed my CV finally i got selected.
VO:Give me Income tax return
Me:given
VO:What is your qualification?
Me: MCA
VO:What will be your role?
Me:Programmer analyst
VO:How many people are working with your employer?
Me:43
VO:All are indian employee or what?
Me: 40 employees are indian
VO:tell me about your Project
Me:i explained for 1 mins and stoped
VO:Asked me about Project description document
Me: given but that document is not having propper description of the project
VO:Asked me UnEmployment wage reports
Me: i dont have
VO: returned all the documents with the passport
VO Had a doubt and gave me 221(g) white form and asked me to submit Project description,UnEmployment wage reports,income tax return,employee list and petition file with USCIS.
Then i have informed to my employer to get the mentioned documents.
Finall i got the doucments from my employer on dec 22,2009.
Again i went to Mumbai Consulate on 7/1/2010 with the required documents.
Me:Good Morning
VO:Good morning.give me a token no.
Me:Given
VO:Asked me to submit all the documents what ever asked last time
Me:Given all the documents with out passport
VO:Issued me a 221(g) yellow form and asked me to wait for 2 weeks as they want to do administrative processing.
After 20 days i got a mail from the consulate that your documents has been verified and you can come to consulate on any working
days with the passport,pending letter
Again i went to Mumbai Consulate on 11/2/2010 with the Passport
finally my turn came. i went to the counter.there was one indian guy told me that your visa has been approved and he returned all
the documents whatever i have submitted earlier.
He told me your passport will reach you with in 2 working days.
