Hi,recently one of my friend who was on his OPT has been deported because he had a ticket while selling alcohol to a minor in a gas station( the ticket was about 2years old, when he was on F1)!!
Which is illegal too...to work outside as a student.
My cousine who was on F1, applied for license to sell tobacco and liquer with his passport no. and annotation no. but he never got a license though( and he never gave his Social Security Number while applying for his license)
My doubt is, will he have any problem when his employer files for H1b because he applied for license to sell tobacco and liquer which he never got. Plz help me on this....your time is appreciated.
