Hello,

To whom it may concern,

My company wants to apply for my H1b extension after 3 years, Can you please guide me process for same. while searching on internet i found that i need to fill I-149 and OF-156. My company filled I-149 when they sponser my H1b visa initially. Do i need to fill I-149 again.
I appreciate your help and guidence.

Also, OF-156 is very old. DS-156 replaced it and now DS-160 replaced DS-156.

Hi,

For H1 petition extension - your company need to file LCA , I-129 , I-129 Supplements , G-28 (if attorney is filing the application on behalf of your employer) with the required filing fees.

And for your H1 Visa stamping - you need to fill DS-160 online.
