DS160 & DS157 are required for dropping the documents in VFS HYD ?

Form: 221g yellow, Administrative processing,

I got all the document form my employer,

I am planing to drop the documents on 22/02/2010.

DS160 & DS157 are also required for dropping the documents in VFS HYD ?

if its required plz guide where to download.

Plz guide it's urgent.
