I am trying to schedule an appointment for my H1B visa renewal at Hyderabad consulate. I am confused with one of the question while getting an appointment.
Question:
Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?*
Options:
Yes No
Which one should i pick? I got my First Visa stamped in Canada in May 2006 and it expired in August 2008. I am on Second term (August 2008-2011) and never been to India Since August 2007. Can you all suggest me which one should i pick?
