Hi All,
F1 (OPT) to H4
My wife is on F1 (OPT) unemployed and her OPT expires in mid of July 2019.
I would like to know when should I apply for change of status (COS) to H4 as I am on H1-B?
Is it possible to have change of status while she is in USA? or else she need to go for stamping in home country/outside of US like Canada?
Note: My H1B extension is in September 2019.
Also please let me know the clear steps to follow and what all documents are required.
