H4-H1-H4 and going for stamping

Hi

I was on H4 and got H1 in 2008 and worked for 3 months and have 3 pay-stubs. On Jan 2009 due to personal reason we did COS to H4.In 2010 going to India for H4 stamping.
Will there be any possibility for rejection.

My husband who is in H1 is also coming along with me to do stamping.

plz let me the chance of getting H4 stamped

H4 primarily depends on the principle H1B holder being in valid status. As long as your carry all the required documents (see immihelp visas sections for the list of documents) and your husband maintained his H1B status while in U.S, then there is nothing to worry.

I also don't think so. If you are going for h1 stamping then only they will bother. Here, whatever questions they want they will ask to h1b holder, means to your husband. So, as per me, I don't see any problem.
