Visit to INDIA

Hi,
I have transferred my H1 from Employer A to Employer B.
I have H1 VISA ( Employer A) upto SEP 29TH 2010. I have H1 (797 ) approval ( Employer B ) upto november 2011).
I am planning to go to INDIA and come back by 3 weeks.
Is it OK if i go and come back to US on old employer VISA.
I am working on a project and have all documents from my new employer (B).
Please advise.
Also please let me know what are the documents i need to carry if i go for a visit to INDIA.

Did you mean what documents you need to show at the POE when you return back to U.S?

1) Valid passport and visa
2) Valid approval notice from the new employer
3) Latest pay slips
4) Employment verification letter
5) Client letter
