My wife and I are both in US with my wife having H1 visa and myself on H4.I got the employer who filled my H1 and the application reached uscis on 8th dec 2010. My status H1 application is still pending, my question is that because of some reason I dont want to go with my H1 so how can I withdraw the application so that I remain on H4. Can I withdraw myself or the employer has to do this.
