H4 Visa Stamping - please help
Hi,
I have question regarding H4 visa stamping.
I was in USA on L1B, and filed COS for L1B to H4 on July, 2009.
I got approval for the same and my I-797 for H4 is valid till August, 2010.
I traveled back to India on January 2010 and planning to go back in May.
My husband is already in USA and he got H1B extension approved till June 2011.
My query is, do I have to go for H4 Visa stamping? My passport currently do not have H4 visa stamped as I filed COS.
If yes, what all documents are required for it?
If I go for stamping, will I get H4 till June 2011 or August 2010?
