What's the appropriate time to take date for h1b visa interview now?

I heard about the Memo for "Employer-employee relationship" by USCIS.

My H1b application has been approved in Nov-09. Now, i want to appear for an visa interview. People suggesting that right now the mood in embassy is not that good. What is the right time to appear for an h1b visa interview? Can i book the date for Feb-10 month-end?

Please provide your suggestions.

I don't know what mood you are talking about. Many people are getting stamped every day without any issues. If you are in a position to submit all the requested documents, then you have nothing to worry about.

C'mon man...this is not a movie or weather that you are talking about forecast. Who told you like this. Its all upto you and your documents which should convience visa officer. And I agree with Shervin143 that daily so many people are getting their visa. So, there is no site or graph which will suggest the mood. If you are ready with all necessary docs then go and appear for the interview.
