not recd. interview confirmation from the embassy - V. URGENT

Hi,

I have applied for my H1B stamping interview date through website.
I selected my interview for 2nd December. My documents have reached
the VFS/embassy before 2nd November, ie. 1 month prior to my interview date, but still I have'nt recd any email confirmation from them, confirming my
interview date. Iam currenly in US and flying next week to India, but I cant do that if I dont get my email confirmation for the interview.
Does any one know whom to contact(ph. no. does not get through).
Does anyone know what is a docket no? Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions.
