H1 and H4 stamping docs

Hi
We are going for H1 and H4 visa stamping.
For H1 company asked us to pay 1500 doller if we go through lawyer to get docs needed for stamping.We thought we will do by our self so wat all docs are needed from COMPANY side.
He is working as permanent in this company.

should we need take all the docs stated in this...Petitioner (Employer) Documents ...

This is our 2nd stamping for H1 and First stamping with this company.I dont think company will give all detail like tax and emplyers details as mentioned.Regarding photographs.
It also says for first time H1 visa stamps you need the pic.

Will that matters in our case

Most of the time, they would not ask for all of those.
Better to gather as much as possible, just to avoid RFE etc.

If the company is not ready to handover the employer details like W2, then the VO might issues you a 221g form requesting the same (If at all they need to check your employe's details). In which case, your employer can directly send those document to the respective consulate.
