Hi All,
Need some inputs on my situation on H4 extension.
I filed for an extension last year May 2018. I haven't received my case approval yet and i dont even know what is the current status. Also i moved out of USA in the month of June 2018 and I forgot to update the address with USCIS. I understand that it is mandatory to update address, but now that i forgot about it for so long and have now sent a request to USCIS to update my address, are there going to be any fines on my case. I read that failing to update address within 10 days can lead to some fine and also imprisonment. That is a bit scary as it was not intentional on my part to not update the address. Please let me know your thoughts as i am a bit worried right now.
