USCIS receipt (H4 extension and EAD) not received in 10 days

Hi,
I sent H4 extension and EAD (I-539 and I-765) to USCIS (Nebraska Service Center) on 12th April (reached USCIS 15th April). It's been 10 days, but we still haven't received the receipt notice. The cheque has not been encashed yet. Is anyone else faced this kind of delay? Isn't the receipt notice sent within 4-5 days?

RFromLondon I am in the same situation.

I mailed the I-539 & I-539 A on Apr/15/2019.
it reached the Lewisville Lockbox address on Apr/16/2019
We are on May/04/2019 and still awaiting the receipt. Checks are not cashed yet.

If there is any progress at your end, please do share an update.

If someone else is in the same situation, please do share your experience.

Check got cashed on 05/03 - received notice for I-765 on 05/07.
Haven't received anything for I-539 yet.
