H1B Entry -Visa valid till june 2010

Hello all ,

i need little help with coming back to united states on h1b.
I have worked in usa for 3.5 years from 2004 to 2007. In 2007 i got Australian permanent residency and moved to Australia. before leaving australia , i got my visa transfered and that visa is valid till june 2010. i got my stamping done in Melbourne , australia and the visa is on my passport. I now want to come back to usa and work on h1b. will there be any problem with the entry. Is there anything i need to do to meet my visa requirements. Please help if you have any information. I am planning to start my jurney from sydney.

No issues as long as you have a project in hand and you carry the relevant project documents.

Detailed project related documents (If in-house, details about the in-house project), employment authorization letter, client letter if you will be working at the client location and contact details of your supervisors (Managers).
