Hi, my wife is currently in the US on H4 visa which expires in Aug 2019. She plans to go to College for Fall 2019 batch. Should she apply for change of status here in US or go to India and appear for F1 visa interview?
Since her H4 visa is only valid until Aug 2019, should I apply for H4 extension now? How much time does it take for H4 extension? will the H4 extension interfere with H4 to F1 conversion time line?
