About H4 stampimg

Hi

I had visa of compA till sep 2010 but i had transfered from compA to compB and i got extension till may 2012.

Now i am planing to go india in July fro my marrige and bring my wife to US.

Since i can enter into counry with my old stamping this time in my India trip i dont want to attend for stamping.

What is the possibilty of my wife H4 stamping bcoz i had vaild visa of compA till sep 2010 & comp B I797 till May 2012.

If my wife attend how much time she may get visa?

No one can predict. Your visa has nothing to do with her stamping. Your petition is what is important. Make sure she carries all the required documents. If she has all the documents and if you have maintained your valid H1B status, then the probability of a successful stamping is high.
