For DS-160 and appointment booking it requires primary applicants (H1B)'s petition number. In my case, my current VISA is expiring in Aug 2019 and I already got the extension approved from Aug 2019 to 2022.... My confusion is which petition number I should put for My Wife's DS -160 (H4)??
