my friend applied h1 and h4 ead through regular processing,later he applied premium for h1 but still his wife’s h4 and ead in regular...now he got his h1 approved but they are still waiting in h4 and ead...currently she is working with her EAD and validity is till June 30...can she work for 240 days with her receipt number or her employment will get revoked from June 30...can anyone please clarify on this?that would be a great help..thank you..
