My spouse is currently on her H1. My H1B extension is under progress. Can I apply H1 to H4 change of status for her when my H1B extension is under progress.I got my receipt number for my H1B extension. Based on that I would like to apply H4 for her and then later EAD. or Do I need to wai till my H1 to get approved.. Kindly help
