H1B Visa validity on Damaged passport

Hi,

My passport has been damaged and I had H1B stamping on this passport. The validity of this passport is till 2013 and visa validity is till 2011. Since passport had been damaged, I had applied for another passport and I got the passport. On the new passport, I had B1 stamping and travelled to US.

Now my question is

1. Will I be able to travel on H1B though it is on old passport ? Or do I need to for stamping again to get on new passport ?

P.S: I am aware that for all international travels, I need to carry both the passport.

Kindly help me on this.

You have answered your question. You will need to travel with both passports if you want to enter the US on H1.
