Hi All,
My and my wife lost our Indian passport in San Francisco as owing to a car burglary. My passport had a H1B visa and my wife had a H4 Visa on her passport that we got stamped in India.
We applied for new passports and received the same(but obviously without the visa). Can we go to Canada for Visa stamping ? I heard one can go to Canada only for first time Visa Stamping.
Anyone who has knowledge or was in similar situation before, please advise.
