H4 VISA is stamped but not travel yet - Planning to change employer

Hi,

I am in H1B VISA. My wife and kid got H4 VISA stamped in their passports, but they are yet to travel to USA. Meaning my dependents didn't travel to USA single time. In this situation, I am planning to change my employer and post to my H1 transfer is completed I am planning to go back to my country and bring them along with me.

Can my wife and child travel with their current VISA as I am travelling back with them with my recent H1 transfer document?

Is anything need to be filed for them as well as I am changing my employer?

Please advise.
