Hi all!
Currently I have my first petition approved, I don't have the visa stamped yet though. My employer asks me to get the visa stamped even though we don't have contract fully agreed yet. I wonder if there could be any consequences if I get the visa now and later wouldn't use it (for example if we wouldn't agree on contract conditions)? I'm ok with getting the visa, but I don't want to have any troubles from USCIS if I wouldn't use it later.
