Currently working on OPT (STEM OPT Valid until May 2020) with Employer 'A'. Employer 'B'(who is primary layer to vendor) initiated my H1B this year and got picked in lottery with Regular Processing. Here is my employment Hierarchy for clear Understanding (Me>Employer A>Employer B> Vendor> Client). However, my current client is offering a Full time oppurtunity. Client would like to transfer my H1B effective October 01 which is start date of H1B (Hopefully If gets Approved). Below are my questions:
1. Is it possible to transfer my H1B to Client from Employer B with not even working for one day with Employer B who Initiated my H1B.
2. What are the Challenges I face when Client transfers my H1B effective October 01 and not having any Pay Stubs with Employer B.
3. What is the best way to handle this situation without loosing the full time opportunity.
