Hi All,
in 2018 I moved to Client A ,Location A for which an Amendment was filed and then i moved to Client B Location B in 2019 for which an extension cum Amendment was filed. Now i have received rfe for both of them.
These are my questions:
1. when replying to the RFE of Client A (Amendment RFE) the SOW has an end date of 12/31/2018 and this was my last working day with this client. is this just fine to submit or should we also include the Client letter of Client B where im working now.
2. Should we attach any annexure stating that there is a extension cum Amendment filed for Client B , when reply to the RFE of Client A (Amendment RFE)
3, Are there any other special instructions to be taken care here, my worry is that the SOW states my work only till 12/31/2018 , so will my case look clean for the officer to approve?
