Details :
I came to USA on L1 visa from 'X' company in 2010
Went back to India for 3 weeks in 2012 on L1
Changed my Employer 'Y' in 2013 and got the H1b and from then I am working with same employer. Since last 2012, I have not visited India.
I am working as EVC model and can get the client/vendor letter.
Last year I changed my client , however not filed the H1b amendment since lawyer suggested same MSA we do not need to file the Amendment
I will be going to India in June 3rd week and need to go for H1b Stamping at Delhi.
Questions
What type of documents should I take ?
What type of question from Visa officer at Delhi consulate can ask ? I know it’s very difficult to say but I would like to get some idea so that I can be prepared.
