I had my H1B stamping till May 2018 with client A, and had my LCA amendment and h1b extension approved for Client B with the same employer before my travel in India and received the extension i797B approval till Nov 2020.
I traveled to US in Dec 2017 and got the i94 till May 2018.
and my employer informed that i need to need to get the stamping done if travelling to India within petition valid time, is that valid statement.
my question's are -
1) is it valid to stay after the i94 expiry date
2) what are the steps to be taken to get it corrected while staying in US.
