I am looking for a recommendation for an Immigration Attorney with experience working with H1B petitions for Large Construction Companies in the US. I have recently been denied a petition renewal in part due to a shoddy job description which the attorney did not provide any input for. I am hoping that others have come across attorneys more savvy in refining the position description for construction management/ pre-construction related positions.
