Visa - DS160 form having Photo issue

Hi,
I took date for Visa by submitting DS160 form
when I was filling the DS160 form the photo which I uploaded was accepted so I took the date using that photo

I sent my documents (along with copy of that pic) to India when my parent went to submit the package they were told that the photo is not valid and I will have to submit another pic.....

Unfortunately I dont have softcopy of the pic.........can I take another pic and send it......is it ok to send different hardcopy pic then submitted pic with DS160?

Can I create another DS160 and send that to my parents and let them submit the new one instead of old one?
