Hi,
I have a query regarding employment in STEM OPT.
Currently, I am on STEM OPT which started from Feb 1st, 2010. Can I change employer who is not under E-Verify program but is willing to sponsor an H1 B visa (which will be active from Oct 1st but will be filed sometime in April)?
Is it possible to work (e.g. starting from May 2010) after an H1B petition has been filed (e.g. in April 2010) but the employer does not participate in E-Verify program?
Any help / pointers / links are highly appreciated.
