DS 160 Question

Hi every one,

My Company in India is doing my H1, I have a question in DS 160 form.
My brother is in US in H1 Visa. My parents left to US to visit him on visitors visa.

In the DS 160 Form what should i mention about parents? that they are in US or in India?

Also should i mention about my brother also that he is in US? Will it make it risky?

You have to mention about everyone who is in US at the time you fill the form. Otherwise, you are in trouble.
