H1B Transfer denied and i-94 expired. What are the options available?

Hi,

I came to the USA on H1B (Employer A) in March 2018 and it's valid till January 2019.

• Applied H1B transfer to Employer B in June 2018
• Got RFE for transfer in Feb 2019
• RFE responded and got a denial on 29th May 2019.
• RFE denial letter received on 10th June 2019.
• Employer B applied a new petition for the same client in premium processing for the same position on 11th June 2019.

Please answer the below questions

1. What is the grace period to stay in the USA during this situation?
2. What are the other options available to get status again?
3. From which date the out of status or unlawful presence is started?
4. Can I continue work when a new petition is in processing?
