H1 Extension approved but sent the withdrawl notice

Hi All,

My appeal for H1 entension got approved today. But my petitioner already sent the withdrawl notice, as it has taken more than 3 months and applied for a new h1.In order to process the new h1 they said we have to withdraw the appeal.

So, If the USCIS already receive the withdrawl notice, does it effect my approval? please suggest me how to cancel this withdrawl notice by tomorrow.
