Currently I'm in H4 dependent Visa and my H1B is picked in this 2019-20 Lottery cap. I have an urgent need to travel to India and will return back to US by end of July 2019.
Can I travel after my H4 extension is approved while H1B petition is still pending? If yes, what if my H1B application gets approved when I'm in India? Will they send H1 B approval notice? or will there be any unforeseen issues?
Is it advisible to apply in Premium processing for H1B and then travel to India for vacation? so that I will return US in H4 and after a period of time, I can apply for COS. Pls suggest me
