Urgent help on H1b amendment

Hey guys,

It seems I'm getting a novel issue on H1b visa amendment. I want to file an H1b application on April 1st and then amend the job title and discription after I get a new degree in May. When can I do the amendment? After the H1b approval but before Oct. 1? Or I cannot do the amendment until it is effective on Oct. 1?

I don't think you need to file an H1B amendment for this purpose. Check this.
